"Many of our officers reporting for responsibility that early morning, simply because this occurred in close proximity to our law enforcement station, did notice a motor vehicle working recklessly in a large price of speed, passing folks in no passing zones, driving the incorrect way over a road," claimed Groton Law enforcement Main Louis Fusaro.>>
